A simple refund policy for paid access.
This Refund Policy applies to Postgenius Pro paid subscriptions purchased from the official pricing page.
1. 30-day money back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first Postgenius Pro subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The guarantee is intended to make trying the product low risk while keeping the policy fair and easy to understand.
2. Eligible purchases
The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases of paid Postgenius Pro subscription plans, such as Pro or Elite, purchased through the official checkout.

3. Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be refused when a request is made after the 30-day window, when there is evidence of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, policy violation, or excessive use inconsistent with a trial of the service.
Renewals after the initial guarantee period are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved at our discretion.
4. How refunds are processed
Payments are processed by Paddle or PayPal. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through the original payment provider. Bank, card network, or payment provider processing times may vary.
Taxes, currency conversion, and payment fees may be handled according to Paddle, PayPal, and payment network rules.
5. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund unless the purchase is eligible under this policy.
After cancellation or refund, access to paid features may be reduced, ended, or moved back to a free account state.
