• Billing and subscription information provided through Paddle or PayPal, such as plan, status, transaction identifiers, invoices, and payment confirmation events.
• Content you submit to the generator, including keywords, product URLs, notes, article briefs, drafts, generated outputs, and publishing preferences.
• Support messages, contact form submissions, and communication history.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, logs, cookie/session data, and security events.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate Postgenius Pro, authenticate accounts, provide paid access, generate and save content drafts, connect supported integrations, process support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal and payment requirements.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Payments and Providers

Payments are processed by Paddle or PayPal. When you buy a plan, the selected provider may collect billing details, payment method data, tax information, invoice data, and checkout information. Postgenius Pro receives payment and subscription status needed to activate access.

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

5. AI, publishing, and third-party services

To provide the service, content submitted to Postgenius Pro may be processed by AI infrastructure, hosting services, database services, WordPress publishing endpoints, product data providers, image generation services, or other technical vendors required to operate the workflow.

If you connect or use a third-party publishing or affiliate service, your use of that service is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Cookies and session storage

We use cookies, tokens, or browser storage to keep users signed in, protect accounts, remember preferences, and manage subscription access. Disabling cookies or storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

We keep account, subscription, support, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal or payment obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Generated content and drafts may remain available in your account unless deleted, removed during maintenance, or required to be retained for security, billing, or legal reasons.

Postgenius Pro is not intended for children under 13, and paid subscriptions are intended for users who can legally enter into a contract.
